''The carpets have just arrived and are  beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. Our sincere thanks for your impeccable service and wonderful selection on the 'web'  pieces. The pictures were very  good and the pieces themselves are even more lovely than I had anticipated.''
Barbara & Dennis Schaefer

"Being in your shop today is one of the best memories I will bring home with me from Turkey. Not only have you totally changed the way I look at carpets, you have also taught me how important it is to value the heritage that has been woven into these pieces."
Stephanie, jounalist,Phillipines.

"One of the outstanding memories of our visit to Central Anatolia after the recent carpet conference in Istanbul was meeting you and enjoying your warm hospitality. Should you come to the States we would greatly enjoy having you as a speaker at one of our meetings"
Mark Hopkins, Boston Rug Society.

"Firstly, thanks for your wonderful hospitality when we visited with Jane from the Embassy. We got our carpets back into NZ with no problems - the customs guy said it was just as well the All Blacks had won the night before - if they'd lost he'd be paying more attention! The carpets have been much admired."
John Webster, New Zealand

"Thank you so much for being so extraordinarily kind to James and I while we were in Cappadocia. We got home safely last night and James immediately removed all the other carpets and moved aside the furniture. He then got your carpet out and lay on it with a cup of tea - happy as larry! He later lay in bed and looked at his previously favoured carpet and shook his head in disappointment at it! Just not the same in any shape or form as his beloved new one"
Jess, England

''Ruth's carpet educationals are legendary among travellers not knowing the difference between a camel bag and a bathmat ! She tells them what to look out for, the giveaways of a mass produced rug or the signs of a beautiful individually made dowry rug. Ruth's business success has been crucial in her gaining respect in the communityand over the years she has become an expext on Oriental Rugs ''

Karen Holdom - journalist

"I am sorry not to have written sooner but Radek and I have been travelling. I wanted to let you know we received the carpet and we're VERY happy with it. We have placed it in our kitchen area and thus see it every day. It brightens up the room wonderfully"
Vicki Topaz, USA

"Thank you so much for the education and the beautiful rugs. Our experience with you will always be a fond memory from our honeymoon."
Viji and Quinn, Canada

"Our last day was spent for the most part, listening to Ruth's excellent carpet educational. This is highly recommended and informative - in my opinion, it is worth the journey to Goreme for this alone, especially if you have an interest in carpets.
Fiona Davidson

"Thank you for your endless patience and your wonderful hospitality! Thanks for the great carpet. I'll always look at it and remember you all."
Flick, New Zealand

Hi Ruth,
Piero and I wanted to thank you so much for our beautiful new carpet. It has assumed its position in our new apartment in Barcelona and we have fond memories of Cappadoccia when we look at it.
It was really lovely meeting you. Your professionalism, enthusiasm and knowledge really sets you apart from any carpet retail store we have ever been to in all our travels.
All the best,
Ana and Piero /Barcelona

Dear Ruth and Faruk ,
Ashli and I wanted to share some photos of our efforts to convert her room with all her new purchases from you ---she has had such a fun time with it. It is still a work in progress and will likely change but that is the fun--no rules!! lol
Your carpets, kilims, and pillows are so perfect!!! She is anxious to come back to turkey and see more of the country as am I.
My best to you and your daughter and your staff--we absolutely loved our time with you in Goreme!!!

Dear Ruth & Faruk,
I received my rugs last Friday and have been showing them off as much as possible - I just have to buy an appropriate house for them now!
Thank you again for your wonderful and efficient service.
I hope you both have a wonderful Xmas.
Best Regards,
Anita Dec2008

Hello Ruth,
I hope you remember me, I was with Salih's exquisite group and we visited you in late October/ early November. I was the man talking to you about organizing a bulk order of carpets for some rentals suites that I am designing at the moment.

I will write to you again at a later date when I have a better idea of what my finishes and budget will be, so that we can arrange an order.

I had a great time meeting you and thank you for being so sincere, candid and informative. You really make the “Turkish” carpet buying experience feel much more transparent and enjoyable.

Wishing you continued success in 2009,
Warmest Regards,

Nick Livaditis

Hi. This email is to let you know my carpet arrived yesterday and I am
very happy with it! It looks fine to my untrained eye. Your repair man
did a terrific job, can you please pass on my thanks to him. And thanks
so much for your help.

Ben Steffan / Australia Oct 2008
I was thinking of you (and Faruk) specifically
today as i talked to a client who heads to Turkey
next week, and has a small amount of time in
Cappadocia. She is looking for a silk carpet,
and I was telling her of my great time in your
store and enjoying my carpets here, so hopefully
she will look out for your shop and might just
call by!! She and her husband are such fun, and
dote on their pets (which is why I get to see
them!!). I hope you get to meet them and perhaps
even fix them up with a carpet!!
And if you do make it back to Auckland with any
time to spare and feel like meeting again
(perhaps even viewing your carpets!) please give
me a buzz. It would be great to catch up even if briefly.
All the best over the tourist season - I hope business is good for you.
regards
Caroline Greig / Auckland /NZ
