''The carpets have just arrived and are  beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. Our sincere thanks for your impeccable service and wonderful selection on the 'web'  pieces. The pictures were very  good and the pieces themselves are even more lovely than I had anticipated.''
Barbara & Dennis Schaefer

"Being in your shop today is one of the best memories I will bring home with me from Turkey. Not only have you totally changed the way I look at carpets, you have also taught me how important it is to value the heritage that has been woven into these pieces."
Stephanie, jounalist,Phillipines.

"One of the outstanding memories of our visit to Central Anatolia after the recent carpet conference in Istanbul was meeting you and enjoying your warm hospitality. Should you come to the States we would greatly enjoy having you as a speaker at one of our meetings"
Mark Hopkins, Boston Rug Society.

"Firstly, thanks for your wonderful hospitality when we visited with Jane from the Embassy. We got our carpets back into NZ with no problems - the customs guy said it was just as well the All Blacks had won the night before - if they'd lost he'd be paying more attention! The carpets have been much admired."
John Webster, New Zealand

"Thank you so much for being so extraordinarily kind to James and I while we were in Cappadocia. We got home safely last night and James immediately removed all the other carpets and moved aside the furniture. He then got your carpet out and lay on it with a cup of tea - happy as larry! He later lay in bed and looked at his previously favoured carpet and shook his head in disappointment at it! Just not the same in any shape or form as his beloved new one"
Jess, England

''Ruth's carpet educationals are legendary among travellers not knowing the difference between a camel bag and a bathmat ! She tells them what to look out for, the giveaways of a mass produced rug or the signs of a beautiful individually made dowry rug. Ruth's business success has been crucial in her gaining respect in the communityand over the years she has become an expext on Oriental Rugs ''

Karen Holdom - journalist

"I am sorry not to have written sooner but Radek and I have been travelling. I wanted to let you know we received the carpet and we're VERY happy with it. We have placed it in our kitchen area and thus see it every day. It brightens up the room wonderfully"
Vicki Topaz, USA

"Thank you so much for the education and the beautiful rugs. Our experience with you will always be a fond memory from our honeymoon."
Viji and Quinn, Canada

"Our last day was spent for the most part, listening to Ruth's excellent carpet educational. This is highly recommended and informative - in my opinion, it is worth the journey to Goreme for this alone, especially if you have an interest in carpets.
Fiona Davidson

"Thank you for your endless patience and your wonderful hospitality! Thanks for the great carpet. I'll always look at it and remember you all."
Flick, New Zealand
